Terms of Service

Article 1 (Service Overview)

Video CloZett (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is a web service for organizing and saving video URLs.

Article 2 (User Registration)

The Service uses Google Account authentication. Registration is considered complete upon logging in with a Google Account.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Spamming or generating massive automated access

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is". The operator assumes no responsibility for any interruption, termination of the Service, or loss of data.

Article 5 (Handling of Shared and Sold URLs)

• Whenever a user executes a "Share" or "Sell" action for content within the Service, a unique new URL is generated. Even if the same content is shared or sold again, any previously issued URLs are immediately invalidated.
• If a user stops sharing or selling content ("Stop Sharing"), the target URL is immediately invalidated, and third-party access is completely blocked. A new URL must be generated to republish the content.
• Users can set an expiration date when generating a URL. Once the expiration date passes, the URL is automatically invalidated, and the target content returns to a private state.
• The expiration date for sold content is set at the seller's discretion. If no expiration date is set, buyers retain continuous access. If an expiration date is set, the buyer's access rights expire at the end of that period. Sellers are responsible for thoroughly checking these settings beforehand.
• The "Never expire" setting for URLs is exclusively available to Standard plan users and above. The maximum expiration period that Free and Lite plan users can set is 30 days from the time of issue.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. CloZett is technically designed so that even our staff cannot view your saved URLs without your permission. We do not sell user data to third parties.

• Google Account email address and display name
• Data of saved URLs, memos, shelves, and drawers
• Access logs (IP address, browser information)

• Provision and improvement of the Service
• User support
• Advertisement delivery (Google AdSense)

Third-Party Provision

We will not provide your personal information to any third party except as required by law.

Cookies and Advertisements

The Service displays advertisements via Google AdSense. Cookies may be used for advertisement delivery.
